This week I learned about SAMR to design lesson using technology in the classroom to transform the learning. The goal here to reach above technology as simply substitution and augmentation into modification and redefining. Reflection question to guide this model are: What will I gain by replacing older tech with the new? Have I added an improvement? How is the new tech making the experience unique?

The example in the video use an example of how a google doc modifies the old tech writing in a word doc where they may just be able to use tools such as font. The google doc adds an improvement because there is a possibility to share each other work and collaberate with other students online.
